Technical Seminar - Revisions of the Financial Instruments Standards & Fair Value Measurement

The requirements for classification and measurement of financial assets has just been revised and there are revisions proposed for a wide range of financial instrument issues related to impairment, derecognition, financial liabilities, and hedge accounting. In addition the standards are being revised with regards to fair value measurement which impacts both financial and non-financial assets and liabilities. The seminar will provide an update on these revisions and identify issues and consequences of the changes.
