After dinner, Robin Fieth, Executive Director of Finance and Operations of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, will address us on the subject of the part played and to be played by accountants in the current global economic crisis.

Space is limited at this event and, following our mailing of 16 September 2008, is already fully-subscribed. If you have already indicated to us your wish to attend, you will hear from us directly that a place has been reserved and you will receive a formal invitation which you will need to bring with you for security reasons on the day of the event. If you have not yet indicated to us that you wish to attend, please do so now by e-mail to colin.longhurst@tmf-group.com or aletta.van.iwaarden@tmf-group.com and we will place you on a waiting list in anticipation of cancellations. We will attempt to clarify the status of all on the waiting list on 14 November 2008 at the latest.

The cost of the evening is approximately EUR 55 per person, of which CCAB will subsidise EUR 15. The cost for each individual attendee will be EUR 40, therefore, which we will ask attendees to transfer by 10 November 2008 to account number 43.92.74.788 CCAB Dutch Members Group, Leiden. Only payment in advance will guarantee attendance.
