The Steering Committee of the ACCA Members' & Students' Society in Hungary would like to invite you to the ACCA seminar: "Corporate efficiency reconsidered - How Customer Relationship Management contributes to financial performance".
The presentation will be led by Tamas Seregdy, MScEE, MBA. He has 15 years of management consulting and 11 years of bank consulting experience. Before establishing Clarté Consulting in 2002, he was PwC Consulting’s Senior Manager, a methods expert in PwC’s “Tomorrow’s Leading Retail Bank” initiative, a European methods tutor for PwC’s performance improvement methodology, and one of the managers of the Hungarian CRM practice with international support role in bank related projects. Before PwC, Tamas was a management consultant at Ernst & Young, and has been the methods coach and knowledge manager of the Hungarian consulting practice. Tamas has initiated, defined and managed several projects and programmes in various industries in Hungary and the CEE region. Besides Clarté Consulting, Tamas is the module leader for CRM at the International Business School in Budapest. |
