James is an Account Executive at Talent 2 - Asia Pacific's first end-to-end Human Resources Managed Service company. He has over 25 years recruitment experience in the Accounting, IT and Legal markets and has recruited in the good times and the bad times. James worked in Chartered Accounting before moving into recruitment. He is a past president and board member of the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association and is on the Advisory Board for the Unitec Business School. In this 'post election' session James will review the current market and give advice on how best to equip yourself to take advantage of new opportunities - looking at the skills and experience that will be in demand over the next few years. At the end of this session, Michaela Campbell will update members and students on the market and operational plans for ACCA in both Australia and New Zealand over the next two years.
